Individually managed account assets are held in a separate custodial account at J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM), a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2.2 trillion. We are authorized to buy and sell securities in the custodial account, and cannot transfer or withdraw funds or securities, except for the payment of agreed upon investment management fees.
