Cutler Income & Growth IRA

The Cutler Income & Growth IRA can be used to generate retirement income, while providing exposure to growth opportunities.

Clients with a minimum of $500,000 to invest can set up their IRA as an individually managed account (IMA) and enjoy the tax advantages of an IRA, in conjunction with the "income and growth" investment strategy used by Cutler Capital. Cutler's "income and growth" strategy works best when income is re-invested and compounding has time to work. Because funds in an IRA compound on a tax-deferred basis (or after-tax basis if a Roth IRA is used), an "income and growth" strategy can provide significant long-term results.

For each IRA client, Cutler Capital will create and manage a custom portfolio of convertible securities, REITs and dividend-paying stocks, based on the investor's tolerance for risk, financial goals and investing timeline.

Income generated can be reinvested for a higher total return or distributed regularly to provide a stream of retirement income.
