Separately Managed Accounts are designed specifically for an institution's risk tolerance, investment objectives and liquidity needs.

SMAs also provide the opportunity to add investments or withdraw funds at any time.

A Cutler managed account provides institutions with transparency, liquidity and flexibility, while following the same balanced investment strategy that is utilized in the Cutler Investment Grade Convertible Fund. We will use a disciplined approach to build and manage your SMA by:

Building a strong defensive position with securities that offer reliable current income and a large margin of safety to minimize downside risk and preserve capital.
Allocating 80% - 85% of the portfolio to investment-grade convertible securities and 15% - 20% international positions.
Diversifying these 50 - 60 holdings across industry sectors and market capitalizations.
Limiting exposure to any single company to less than 5% of the total portfolio.
Reinvesting income, except when current income is an investment goal. Reinvestment can greatly enhance long-term portfolio returns.
Reviewing your portfolio regularly and adjusting accordingly as your needs change.
